CEO Murray Hadley
CEO Murray Hadley's experience covers all areas of the electrical industry spectrum. His expert knowledge and skills in estimating, project management, contract law and business management has been honed over 26 years in the industry, with qualifications including A Class Electrician Endorsed Fitting & Mechanic. Murray has held management roles within GCo Electrical since 2000 and offers specialist knowledge in establishment of greenfield sites in remote locations.
Operations Manager Paul Lawrence
Operations Manager Paul Lawrence is an A Grade Electrical Mechanic with extensive industry experience gained working throughout Australia over 30 years. Paul's mining and industrial sector knowledge and strength in project management has seen him move from Industrial Electrical Coordinator to Operations Manager at GCo Electrical in 2007.
Sales Coordinator Andrew Criddle
Sales Coordinator Andrew Criddle has 28 years experience in the electrical industry, with the past 10 years honing his skills in project management and estimating. Having begun his trade in Geraldton, and remained in the region, Andrew has a strong understanding of the Mid West. Andrew is an A Grade Electrician and holds qualifications for LV & HV Jointing for Western Power Underground cables and HV Switching.
Health Safety and Environment Coordinator Brad Delane
Health Safety and Environment, Human Resources and Training Coordinator, Brad Delane's mining and construction industry experience includes mine site operations and management skills including the development and implementation of HSE systems within the electrical contracting industry. Brad has held management roles such as client liaison, business development and staff training and has completed 12 months of executive business development and coaching in this role. Prior to his entry into the resources sector, Brad's career was focused on delivering youth development and training programs. To formalise his qualifications and to add to his onsite experience, Brad has completed a Diploma in HSE.
Project Coordinator Graeme Marsden
Project Coordinator Graeme Marsden has worked for 24 years in the industrial and commercial electrical industry. Graeme has a broad range of expertise in Microsoft Project scheduling, workforce management, financial management, planning and scheduling. Qualifications include A Grade Electrician, HV Switching Licence and ACMA Cabling License Open Endorsement (Comms cabling).
Project Coordinator Jason Bright
Project Coordinator Jason Bright has a trade background in the mining industry, predominately in copper, zinc and lead at both open cut and underground operations, and includes automation and process control with an emphasis on instrumentation. Jason's project planning skills includes HSE compliance, development and implementation of quality assurance systems, JSA's and risk assessment. Jason is an A grade electrician who has just completed a Diploma in Project Management.
Project Coordinator Tom Wear (TJ)
Project Coordinator Tom Wear (TJ) has over 20 years industrial electrical experience including a position as Operations Mine Site Supervisor. TJ's project experience includes extensive port load out, load in, storage facilities and infrastructure, and projects involving electrical and instrumentation. His qualifications in addition to being an A grade electrician include a HV switching licence.
