Quality Management Systems

GCo Electrical operates an in-house quality system based on the principles of ISO 9001 and in-house audits are undertaken of all management systems as a part of our business systems quality focus. Third party auditing of our systems is in progress.

Health, Safety and Environment

GCo Electrical is committed to the wellbeing of our employees and subcontractors, the community and the environment. Our business operates within an award winning, comprehensive health, safety and environment management system.

Indigenous Employment

GCo Electrical understands that Indigenous Australians are recognised as one of the most socially and economically disadvantaged groups in Australia. Employing, training and the development of Indigenous employees has now become a significant goal of GCo Electrical. Our aim is to employ 5% of our total workforce with people from Indigenous backgrounds and to foster appreciation of Indigenous cultures and knowledge amongst our workforce. In a positive effort to instigate this strategy and associated policy, our Human Resources Coordinator has completed training in Cross Cultural Awareness.
